The following information pertains to the questions on our application. Please visit this page often as we will continue to add to this list. 1. SALARY: If you are uncertain of what to fill in for your weekly salary, leave this section blank. We will process your application and once completed, help determine an appropriate range with you.

2. LOCATION: The more states or areas listed, the easier it will be to find you a position. Indicate all the areas where you would consider living.

3. DRIVING RECORD: This section needs to be exact. Every motor vehicle violation must be listed, no matter whose fault or when it happened. If you've forgotten when one occurred, please list it without a date and our investigation team will obtain the information.

4. REFERENCES: The more references listed, especially childcare, the quicker we can process you application.
